Contractor profile

The 53 article Rewritten Text of the Public Sector Contracts Law, regulates the disclosure in each Institution's website of the so-called 'Contractor profile', which must include data and information concerning the contractual activity of the contracting entity.

The IVAM is a public body of the Generalitat and, therefore, its contracting proceedings are published in the Contract Platform of the Generalitat
